OMELETS


  Note: - in the work of omelets can add fresh coriander or soft (dry).

Nutrients necessary
- (4) egg.
- (30) grams frying oil.
- (1) potato.
- (1) grain onion.
- (Small amount of) salt.
- (Small amount of) black pepper.
- (1/2 teaspoon of coriander leaf smooth.
- A set of fresh parsley leaves.

2 - tools used to work

- Glass plate number (1) .
- Move the wooden ladle or metal spoon .
- Chopping board or porcelain dish .
- Knife .
- Gas oven ( cook ) .
- The size of a large frying pan or average .
- Stopwatch appliances .
- Casserole or pot heating .

 3 - cooking method.
- Potatoes are sprayed or cut into small pieces and fry frying oil until wither and gaining golden color.
- Is chopping the onion into small pieces and frying oil, frying until wither and gaining golden color
- Are chopping parsley leaves into small pieces.
   Is put fried Potato and fried onion in a Dish.
- Four eggs are broken inside the courtyard and chopped parsley and stir contents for more than once to get a homogeneous mixture is added and the amount of black pepper and salt, coriander and soft to the mix all the ingredients are mixed uniformly.

    ملاحظة :- الزعفران غالي الثمن في الاسواق.

    المواد الغذائية اللازمة.1

                                                         ( 1 ) دجاجة عدد
                                                             (1 )  حبة بصل عدد
                                                            (5) فصوص ثوم عدد
                                                            (3 ) حبة بندورة عدد
                                                     (4 )ملعقة من لبن الزبادي غدد
                                                          (3 )حبة فلفل أخضر حار عدد
                                                          رشة ملح طعام وحسب الرغبة.
                                                           نصف ملعقة فلفل أسود .
                                                             (2 ) كوب و نصف من الارزعدد
                                                      ملعقة      1/2 ملعقة صغيرة كمون عدد
                                                          ملعقة     1/2 ملعقة صغيرة كزبرة ناشفة عدد
                                                                  اوراق قليلة من نبات الزعفران.
                                                             1/2 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة
                                                           1/2 ملعقة صغيرة قرنفل مطحون.
                                                           1/2 ملعقة صغيرة حب هال مطحون
                                                   ( 30 ) ملي ليترزيت نباتي  
        1/2 ملعقة صغيرة خولنجان المطحون.
                                                              كمية من ماء

    2- الأدوات المستخدمة .

    صحن زجاج عدد( 1 ).
    - مغرفة تحريك خشبية أو ملعقة معدنية.
    - طنجرة الومنيوم( وعاء الطبخ ) أو القدر.
    - كأس زجاجي( 200 ) مل (  ml   (عدد ( 1  )
    -  فرن غاز ( الطباخ).
     - ساعة توقيت منزلية.
    - سكين.-
    - لوح تقطيع.

     ثالثا - طريقة العمل
                      يفرم البصل و البندورة الى قطع..1
                    يقطع الفلف الاخضر الى قطع صغيرة بالسكين.2
                     تغسل الدجاجة وتقطع الى عدة قطع وحسب الرغبة.3
                     ثم يطحن الثوم .4
                    و ينقع الأرز في الماء الساحن لمدة ( 15) دقيقة.5
                    .  يحمر البصل في الزيت.6
                      7- يضاف إليه الثوم. و الدجاج ثم تضاف البهارات و يقلب على نار هادئة.
                     تضاف البندورة  حتى تنضج.8
                  يضاف اليه قطع الفلفل الاخضر الحار.9
                   ثم يضاف اللبن الزبادي و بعض من الماء الى وعاء الطبخ.10
                .   ثم يغطى الإناء و يترك على نار هادئة حتى ينضج الدجاج
               . يضاف الأرز و ويضاف اليه الماء او مرق الدجاج بمقدار (3 ) كاس.
                  13- يغطى الإناء و يترك حتى ينضج الأرز ثم يقدم على طبق تقديم

Note : - There are three steps to the work of green peas and carrots , chicken and section are: -

 1 - Prepare rice . 2 - 3 chicken cook - cook carrots and peas .

Second: - The method of boiling chicken
Important Note : - are skinning the chicken skin .

-( 1 ) ملعقة كبيرة من بيكنج باودر.
- نصف ملعقة ملح وحسب الرغبة.

-( 2) كاس من الماء البارد.

- ( 30 ) ملي ليتر من غصير الليمون.
- ( 50 ) ملي لتر من زيت القلي.


2- الأدوات المستخدمة للعمل.

- ( 2 )  صحن كبير.
- سكين معدني.
  - كيس بلاستيك ( نايلون ) شفاف  عدد( 1 ).
-  مقلاة.
- ورق زبدة ( نشاف ).  
  - ملعقة معدنية.
  - ثلاجة  .
  - ساعة توقيت منزلية.
23 – طريقة العمل.
- يقطع السمك الى قطع وحسب الرغبة ويضاف اليه عصير الليمون.

- يتم تقطيع حبات البطاطا الى شرائح صغيرة.
- نمزج  الطحين والباكنغ باودر والملح معاًفي صحن كبير.
- في صحن آخر، نمزج الخل وبيكربونات الصوديوم ونضيف اليهم الماء مع التحريك المستمر ثم 
نضع  الدقيق ونخلط جيداً حتى يصبح المزيج ناعماً. 
نغطي المزيج بكيس من النايلون الشفاف ونضعه في الثلاجة لحين الاستخدام.
نضع بعض الطحين في صحن ثاني ونغطي به شرائح السمك قليلاً ثم نغمسها في المزيج السابق.

يتم قلي شرائح السمك بالزيت لمدة 2 – 3 دقائق في المقلاة حتى تأخذ لوناً ذهبياً وطعما مقرمشاً.
- يتم تصفية شرائح السمك على ورق مطبخ للتخلص من الزيت الزائدوهذا ينطبق على شرائح البطاطا ايضا.
- يتم  وضع السمك المقلي بالزيت في طبق تقديم وتضاف الية شرائح البطاطا المحمرة.
